2. Supply and installation time: If Shenzhen Qiaoan Xinhui Technology Co., Ltd. wins the bid in this bidding and procurement, it will provide the goods to the user after receiving the winning bid notice. The manufacturing and testing of products have quality records and testing data. For the testing of product performance, we have carried out the whole process and full performance inspection of the product, and only packed and shipped after the product is confirmed to be qualified.

3. Product delivery time: try to meet the needs of users as much as possible, if there are special requirements and need to be completed in advance, our company can specially organize production and installation, and strive to meet user needs.

4. Warranty commitment. Our company provides all products provided during the validity period of this agreement, all products provided during the validity period, providing normal working day all-weather service, and finally technical service support.

5. Response time: If a quality problem occurs within seven working days or the replacement causes inconvenience to the user, the company promises to replace the equipment free of charge within three working days. During the warranty period, if the product is faulted, after receiving the repair report from your company, our company will provide replacement equipment if necessary. If the equipment cannot be used normally due to two repairs due to equipment performance failure during the warranty period, our company replaces the new equipment free of charge.

6. Service system: As an equipment supplier, the company provides a guarantee system for the products provided by this bidding: when the equipment fails, if necessary, designated professional technicians will be sent to the door for maintenance or repair within the specified time, and the miscellaneous expenses incurred by mail shall be borne by the company.
